Starting her career as a nurse, Helen's caring nature has naturally filtered throughout her career with an unwavering dedication and a commitment to continuous improvement. Each step has reinforced her core belief in the power of collaboration and the importance of integrity.

Helen has spent the majority of her career in financial services and local government settings.  She has extensive management experience including running teams in financial services retail and administrative settings, running busy school offices and even managing a busy ward of up to 30 patients!  

Helen is passionate about supporting the development of leaders, people managers and team members, creating a culture of psychological safety in her training and coaching sessions and space to pause, learn and reflect.

Continuous Development is a theme that runs throughout Helen's career, from gaining qualifications in psychometrics, coaching and mentoring, to being a Mental health First Aider, Helen's passion for learning is infectious.
